Miracles Bloom at Home

Meet Arabella! Arabella and her family know how important highly specialized care is for premature babies. Arabella was born nine weeks early. Today she is an inspiring eight-year-old who, along with her parents, rub A Touch of Grace Flower Shopper, a pop-up flower shop in Old Town that is open during the summer months.

Arabella didn’t just spread smiles when she sold flower bouquets. She also paved the way for miracles. On Wednesday, Arabella and her parents stopped by the Medical Center to present a check to Dr. Shannon Marchegiani, neonatologist and chief of Pediatrics.

As Dr. Marchegiani shared with Arabella, the donation will help the team buy items like pacifiers and arts and crafts supplies that they can use to create special keepsake pieces featuring babies’ footprints.

Thank you, Arabella, for your kindness and generosity. You are inspiring us all to think creatively when it comes to helping our tiniest patients.
